All Sales are final. All items on purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packing list. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Clit Co. will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in original condition and with its packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Clit Co. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Exchanges and returns can only be made as described Clit Co. instructions.

How to proceed with an exchange?

If you wish to exchange your product, send us a mail to with your order number, what you wish to send back and what you would like to exchange it for. Send your piece back in its original package with the delivery note and we will exchange it as soon as the package returns to us. How to proceed with a return?

If you wish to return your product, send us an email to with your order number, what you wish to send back and why. Then send your piece back in its original package and delivery note.

Material guide

We have a special love and respect for raw materials. Like scars and wrinkles on human bodies are signs of an eventful life, wear and cuts on a piece of jewelry will be signs of its story and presumably remind the wearer of happy memories.

925 silver

Is a soft metal, softer then brass, so it can get nicks and notches with heavy use. It too oxidizes and can be cleaned with a polishing agent (one for silver).

Oxidized 925 silver which loses its color, can be oxidized again with a special agent to get the blackness back.

18K Gold

Gold has the longest and most storied history of all precious metals. It is soft enough and perfect for creating jewelry. Its warm color and scarcity gave it great value in early civilizations.

Pure gold is 24K; 18K gold is 75% gold and 25% other metals. All gold will darken over time, the higher the karat of gold the less darkening will occur. Regular care and cleaning will keep your jewelry looking new indefinitely.


Byten & returer

Under 14 dagar efter leverans av din order kan du byta eller returnera ditt köp. Varan skall då återsändas till oss i perfekt skick och åtföljts av den ursprungliga följesedeln och eventuell faktura.

Frakt på returnerade varor är på kundens bekostnad. Clit Co.  kommer dock inte att debitera extra frakt på byten.

Återbetalning för returnerade varor kommer att göras till den ursprungliga köparen inom två veckor efter det att varan åter finns hos oss. Kostnader för ev kortköp, paypal eller klarna kommer ej att återbetalas.

Returer accepteras endast om produkten är i originalskick med tillhörande förpackning. Du ansvarar för leverans av produkter tillbaka till Clit Co. Förlorade produkter i transporter kommer inte att kompenseras.

Alla utbyten sker i mån av tillgång.

Felaktiga produkter kommer att bytas ut till ett nytt exemplar, med reservation för brist på tillgänglighet. Har du fått en felaktig produkt måste detta meddelas Clit Co.  inom 14-dagar efter leverans.

Hur du går vidare med ett utbyte?

Om du vill byta ditt smycke så mailar du oss på Vi behöver veta vad det är du vill byta, ordernummer samt vad du vill mot. Du skickar sedan tillbaka produkten i sin originalförpackning med tillhörande fraktsedel och vi skickar det nya smycket så snart vi har erhållit returen. Hur du går vidare med en retur?

Vill du returnera ditt smycke så mailar du oss på med ditt ordernummer, vilka/vilket objekt du vill returnera och varför. Detta för att vi ska kunna bli bättre. Du skickar sedan tillbaka produkten/produkterna i sin originalförpackning med tillhörande fraktsedel, och vi gör en återbetalning.

Vi har en speciell förkärlek och respekt för råmaterial. Lika som ärr och rynkor på våra kroppar är tecken på ett innehållsrikt liv är slitage och rispor på ett smycke ett tecken på dess historia och minnen.

925 silver

Är en mjuk metall, mjukare än mässing, vilket gör att det kan bli små hack och rispor i ytan.  Liksom mässing kan silver oxidera, vilket går att polera upp med ett särskilt putsmedel anpassad för silver.

Oxiderat 925 silver som tappat färg, kan återfå sin svärta genom att oxideras igen med ett särskilt medel.

18k Gold

Guld har den längsta och mest längsta historien av alla ädla metaller. Den är mjuk nog, perfekt för att skapa smycken. Dess varma färg och knapphet gav det stort värde i tidiga civilisationer.

Rent guld är 24K; 18K guld är 75% guld och 25% andra metaller. Allt guld kommer att mörkas med tiden, ju högre guldkarat desto mindre mörkare toner kommer att uppstå. Regelbunden vård och rengöring kommer att hålla dina smycken nya på obestämd tid.

Our store is hosted on Woocommerce Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Woocommerce data storage, databases and the general Woocommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woocommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
